The Battery retired soon after noon under General Negley's orders to Rossville, where it bivouacked. Total casualties: killed; 1 officer, 5 enlisted men; wounded, 16 enlisted men; missing, 4 enlisted men. Lost: 2 guns, 1 caisson, 3 limbers. Horses killed 46.
